The Village of Philo encourages public attendance at all meetings. Any citizen may request to speak at a Village Board Meeting by contacting the Village Clerk or Deputy Village Clerk at least 72 hours in advance of said meeting and explaining the general nature of the matter to be discussed. The Village Office phone number is 684-2562.
Meeting minutes are posted following approval by the Village Board. Meeting minutes are also available at the Village Office inside the R. E. Franks Meeting Center and the Philo Public Library. Additional reports and documents submitted during meetings are available at the Village Office.
